Frontman Jared Leto says, “We have been on the road for an incredible and insane two years and thought what better way to celebrate the end of this phenomenal journey than with a week of special shows in New York City.

“We thought documenting this for posterity with the Guinness Book of World Records would be fun, especially as we aren’t any good at growing our fingernails very long or cultivating the world’s largest squash.”

American rock band 30 Seconds To Mars has announced another concert in Lodz. This means that Atlas Arena is back in the band will plerform on Nov. 7 and 8.

A statement from the actor/rocker on the group's website reads, "Our deepest thoughts and sympathies to the families and friends of those who lost their lives today at the show in Belgium. We are absolutely devastated that this celebration ended in tragedy. To those that were injured we are sending thoughts and prayers.

"Obviously under these horrible and dangerous circumstances, and out of respect for those who have passed, Thirty Seconds to Mars will not be playing. We love you all and hope tomorrow brings a better day."

30 Seconds To Mars will released a new digital only EP on 22nd August, the band announced.

Rumours that the band are planning to separate its refusal to confirm or deny is made​​, after they complete their current touring commitments, will release four tracks from their recent MTV Unplugged performace for the EP.

The band's singles who release include 'Hurricane, 'Kings & Queens' and 'Night Of The Hunter' as well as a cover of U2's classic 'Where The Streets Have No Name'.

30 Seconds To Mars headline to perform at Reading And Leeds Festivals on August on the Main Stage.

They also perform a one-off date at Belfast's Custom House Square on August 16.

30 Seconds To Mars have confirmed to perform at Sziget festival in Budapest for spot replaced Amy Winehouse at this year.

The band, which performed last year on the occasion of her next European holiday after the singer had walked out earlier this month.

The event takes place from August 8-15 and will also likes performances from Pulp, The Prodigy, Dizzee Rascal, The National, Kaiser Chiefs, Kate Nash and Kid Cudi.

Sziget is located in the heart of the Danube River, with five open-air stages, with small living spaces are on stage and DJ.

30 Seconds to Mars and Alice Cooper received top honours at the Kerrang! Awards 2011. Jared Leto's rockers won their two awards - Best International Band and Best Single for track 'Hurricane' taken for the Alice Kerrang scooped! British heavy metal magazine's 30th anniversary awards show in London trophy icon.

Speaking at the ceremony, Alice told BANG Showbiz: "It seems to be awards year for me – I seem to keep getting them! I hope that doesn't mean it's the end – maybe they know something I don't know – maybe they've got my biopsy or something!"

Jared's second year, collected his award for best international band for the support of all 30 Seconds to Mars fans thanks.

Referring to the raucous nature of the event, he joked: "We're starting an Alcoholics Anonymous table over here if anyone wants to come over!

"But seriously, this is a chance for us to say thank you to our amazing family of fans all around the world.

"It's good that we can bookmark such a crazy journey with an event like this."

The event – sponsored by energy drinks brand Relentless – was hosted by Slipknot singer Corey Taylor and Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian. It also saw Ozzy Osbourne crowned Kerrang! Legend, Biffy Clyro take the Kerrang! Classic Songwriter award and legendary 80s rockers Def Leppard given the Kerrang! Inspiration award, ahead of their headline set at Download Festival tonight (10.06.11).

Collecting the award, Def Leppard singer Joe Elliott said: "Thank you for inviting us and proving that there is more than just two s**t football teams from Sheffield.

"We've been around longer than the magazine has so that makes us the oldest f**kers in the room. Thanks to anybody that's been behind this band from day one.

"Other than that we've got nothing else to say – you said we've had pearls of wisdom... Have you heard our lyrics?"

Leto told BBC Newsbeat: "It's a great chance to say thank you to our amazing family of fans around the world.

"It's good to bookmark this crazy journey with an event like this. We're just happy that we've had the opportunity to come to Europe and play these shows and to tour all over the world.

“We never thought that would ever happen."

30 Seconds To Mars is yet another indication that mysterious about to be split rumours is given.

However frontman Leto is suggested, this band were feeling deprived of the promotion of current album 'This Is War'.

He said: "I would love to make another video. [But] I think if we did make another video, it would probably kill me, because I've been making videos for the past 18-20 months. I may have to go and check myself in for some time away if I do another video."

Brigade support to 30 Seconds to Mars in Los Angeles

A band is all luck! Los Angeles punk band electro show created nine frontline Brigade opened for multi-platinum rockers 30 Seconds to Mars in the band will be sold Saturday, Gibson Amphitheatre in Los Angeles on April 9th. The band was personally invited to open the show by 30 Seconds to Mars frontman Jared Leto.

Drummer Bobby Alt told Noisecreep, "Jared has been a big supporter of my music through the years, from S.T.U.N. to Faculty X to Street Drum Corps, and now Frontline Brigade. He's a great friend and is always inspiring to be around. S.T.U.N. had actually opened for 30 Seconds To Mars in 2002 at the Troubadour, so Frontline Brigade opening for them now in 2011 at the Gibson Amphitheatre is like coming full circle."

Brigade Frontline also Christopher Jarecki, former husband of the teen queen Alicia Silverstone. The couple's first child this year is expected.
